General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all events, bookings and services offered by Events Luzern (owner: Natalija Kljap, Am Mattenhof 1, 6010 Kriens, hereinafter the «Organiser»). By registering for an event, the participant accepts these GTC in full.

2. Registration and Conclusion of Contract

Registration for an event is made via the channels indicated on the website, on social media or through direct communication (e.g. contact form, WhatsApp, e-mail). A binding contract is concluded upon the Organiser's written confirmation of registration.

The number of participants is limited. Registrations are considered in the order in which they are received. Entitlement to participate arises only once full payment has been received.

3. Prices and Payment

The prices for the respective events are stated in the corresponding announcements and are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), including all applicable costs.

Payment can be made by:

• Bank transfer (IBAN will be provided after registration)
• Twint (number will be provided after registration)

Payment is due within 48 hours of the registration confirmation, unless otherwise agreed. The place is only reserved bindingly once payment has been received.

4. Cancellation by the Participant

The following conditions apply to the cancellation of a confirmed registration:

• Cancellation 7 or more days before the event: refund of 100% of the amount paid
• Cancellation 3 to 6 days before the event: refund of 50% of the amount paid
• Cancellation less than 3 days before the event: no refund

As an alternative to cancellation, the booked place may be transferred to another person with the Organiser's consent. The transfer must be notified in writing (by e-mail or WhatsApp).

Cancellations are only valid if made in writing by e-mail to info@events-luzern.ch. The time of receipt of the cancellation message is decisive.

5. Cancellation or Postponement by the Organiser

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event in the event of insufficient participant numbers, force majeure or other important reasons. In this case, all participants will be informed as early as possible.

If the event is cancelled by the Organiser, the full amount will be refunded. Any further claims (e.g. travel costs, loss of earnings) are excluded.

If the event is postponed to a new date, participants have the right to cancel their booking free of charge and receive a full refund.

6. Liability

The Organiser is not liable for damage caused by participants themselves or by third parties. Participation in events is at the participant's own risk. The Organiser is liable exclusively in cases of gross negligence or intent.

The Organiser accepts no liability for personal belongings brought to the event.

7. Photo and Video Recordings

Photo and video recordings may be made during events for public relations purposes (in particular Instagram and the website). By registering, participants agree to appear in such recordings. Anyone who does not wish to be photographed and/or filmed is kindly asked to say so before the event begins.

8. Conduct

Participants are required to treat one another and the premises with respect. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude from the event any person who breaches this obligation. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.events-luzern.ch. By registering, the participant consents to the processing of their data for the purpose of organising the event.

10. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland.

11. Amendments to the GTC

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The GTC published at the time of registration shall apply.
